With this two-hour masterclass, you’ll be taught the methods behind two signature Hush molecular cocktails (Pink Pearl Cosmos and Charcoal Margaritas) and the secrets of “Sours” – a guide to the classic drink with instruction on how to incorporate Sours into any spirit, be your poison vodka, whiskey, or Amaretto. Should the class be so intoxicating that time whizzes by, any spare moments will also be to teach the techniques behind the ever-popular classic Mojito. The class is taught by Gibson Chan, the Molecular Mixologist behind the mind-boggling creations at Hush. Armed with the tricks of the trade, from liqueur pearls to foam and smoke, his dazzling signature creations include Cloudy Gin, Earl Grey tea smoked into Bombay Gin, and Brunch, a bacon-infused Bloody Mary. Heston Blumenthal, step aside with your scrambled eggs and bacon ice-cream… that’s for kids! During or even after your class, you can enjoy two complimentary cocktails and unwind in the intimate and stylish setting of Hush, making use of their private outdoor patio for a rare al fresco experience.
