Each of Pantai Lima's five luxury villas (Villa Waringin, Villa Melissa, Villa Sound of the Sea, Villa Ambra, Villa Mary) is individually architecturally-designed and completely different one-from-another. Each is truly spacious, beautifully appointed and completely private. Gardens and pools are satisfyingly vast. Each villa has direct, unimpeded beach views. You step from your garden on to the sand. Pantai Lima - a culinary experience to die for! Pantai Lima has an innovative approach to food and drink. Guests feel as free in our villas as they would if they were their own homes. That means they choose what food, soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits they want to enjoy, they set a budget, they give their butler money to cover the shopping, and he arranges its purchase at local markets, delicatessens, specialty shops and liquor stores. There's no mark-up or premium for its preparation. French executive chef Sebastien Robuchon and his team of sous chefs provide an eclectic menu selection melding classic French cooking, nouvelle cuisine, as well as Indonesian/Asian fusion food. A selection of Sebastien's favourite dishes include Seared tomatoes and scallops carpaccio with arugula pesto and dry lemon skin, Cucumber and fennel chilled soup, Young papaya and seafood spicy soup, Butterfish filets "en ecailles" with paprika ratatouille and basil oil, Seared tuna tournedos with asparagus and warm vinaigrette, garlic and olive mash. In terms of desserts, the Warm chocolate tart, the Exotic fruit "rosace" with coconut jelly and tropical syrup and the Mango and balsamic Tatin tart are among his masterpieces. The length and breadth of the culinary experience is not limited to the suggested menus. Guests are actively encouraged to spend time with Sebastien and develop a menu that reflects their own preferences. Pantai Lima - guaranteeing the best experience! Bali's Pantai Lima estate comprises five super-luxury, completely private villas. Four have five double bedrooms, the other has six. The property is truly spacious, extending over 1.6 hectares, or four acres. That's about the size of two football fields. Individual gardens range from 2,250 to 3,270 square metres and the villas themselves all exceed 800 square metres of floor area. All five villas are right on the water's edge, sharing 170 metres of beachfront. Guests step from their front lawns straight on to the beach. The beach itself is largely deserted save for an occasional fisherman or surfer. Pantai Lima has over 70 staff to guarantee the guest experience. Heading the team is an on-site estate director. Each villa has its own butler who acts as major domo, concierge and household manager. Each villa also has its own sous chefs and kitchen staff working under direction of the French executive chef. Shared facilities at Pantai Lima included a tennis court with night-lighting, and a 250 square metre seminar room complete with HD projection and sound systems.
